The specialty certifications or recertifications recognized by the board are: (i) Nurse Midwife (ii) Nurse Anesthetist (iii) Nurse Practitioner If your RN or LPN license expired within the last 3 years, complete the relicensure application and return it with the appropriate fee. a.
